Since our mission is to preserve ancient Palestinian crop varieties, it is now clear we must focus a large part of our work on preserving seeds outside of Palestine. To this end, we have launched the Seed Protectors Project, to get seeds into the hands of trusted friends, both Palestinian and non-Palestinian, who live in safety and security elsewhere in the world. For now, participation is by invitation only. Our main institutional partners as of this writing include our friends at Experimental Farm Network, Hudson Valley Seed Company, Truelove Seeds, and Ujamaa Cooperative Farming Alliance.
